We try to keep shipping costs down by using Australia Post whenever possible.

During the checkout process, you have the choice of Parcel Post, Registered Parcel Post, Insured Parcel Post, and Express Parcel Post if located in Australia. Our policy is to use Registered Parcel Post for orders over $500 to ensure we are notified of a successful delivery.

If you haven't received delivery within 5 days of receiving notification that your order has been delivered, please get in contact with us.

For International orders, you have the choice of International Parcel Post by Air or by Sea, and Insured International Parcel Post by Air or by Sea. Our policy is to use Insured International Post for orders over $500.

All goods are packaged to ensure they arrive in the same condition as they were shipped. If goods have been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours.
